Subsidy details for vehicle purchase:
Zero tariffs for imported electric buses and core components;
Government agencies are required to replace at least 5% of their existing vehicles with electric buses.
Core application conditions:
The vehicles must comply with the standards of the "Electric Vehicle Industry Development Law" of the Philippines;
2. Encourage local assembly projects.
Duration: Zero tariffs until 2028, with long-term mandatory promotion.
