Breakthrough in forklift battery technology: Lithium-ionization of heavy-duty forklifts achieves a major leap forward
The world's largest 65-ton lithium-ion balanced forklift has been released, marking a milestone breakthrough in the electrification technology of heavy industrial vehicles:
• Core parameters: Equipped with a 528 kWh ultra-large capacity lithium battery pack, dual-chargers can fully charge 80% of the battery in 1.5 hours, enabling 8-10 hours of continuous operation; maximum lifting capacity of 65 tons, equivalent to lifting 40 household cars at once
• Technical highlights: Utilizes independently developed high-rate lithium iron phosphate batteries, equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, capable of stable operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 55°C; integrates high-precision micro-motion control technology, with positioning accuracy of ±10mm in heavy-load conditions
• Application scenarios: Mainly serves heavy-duty transportation scenarios in ports, steel and metallurgy, and large-scale infrastructure construction, replacing traditional internal combustion forklifts to achieve zero-emission operations
