Breakthrough in forklift battery technology: Lithium-ionization of heavy-duty forklifts achieves a major leap forward
Although lithium batteries have excellent safety performance, they still require strict adherence to the following operating procedures:
• Environmental Requirements: Avoid using them in environments below -20℃ or above 60℃; keep away from fire sources, heat sources, and direct sunlight; do not use water to rinse the battery box.
• Charging Procedures: Use the original factory-specific charger; the charging environment should be well-ventilated and dry; avoid covering the battery box during charging; disconnect the power supply promptly after charging.
• Precautions for Maintenance: Do not disassemble the battery box privately; non-professionals are not allowed to modify the battery system; keep the battery interface clean and avoid using mixed connectors of different brands.
• Handling of Abnormalities: If you notice bulging of the battery, leakage, abnormal temperature increase (above 50℃), or strange odors, immediately stop using and cut off the power supply; contact professionals for handling
