Origo's independently developed lithium battery liquid cooling tanks have been successfully implemented in a variety of new energy electric bus models and are operating reliably on bus demonstration routes in multiple provinces and cities, injecting efficient, low-carbon, and safe green power into public transportation.

Origo's liquid cooling tanks utilize high-energy-density lithium iron phosphate cells and are equipped with an advanced liquid cooling thermal management system. Compared to traditional air cooling systems, these tanks offer higher temperature control precision, effectively controlling the cell temperature difference to within ±3°C, significantly extending battery life and improving overall vehicle efficiency. The system, with an IP67 rating, is reliably resistant to complex urban operating environments such as rain, snow, and dust.

Currently, Origo's liquid cooling tanks are installed in 10-meter and 12-meter pure electric buses. They support fast charging, slow nighttime charging, and various operating strategies, with a single vehicle range of over 250km, meeting the needs of all-weather urban bus operations. The project has been implemented on bus platforms in Shandong, Jiangsu, Hunan, and other provinces, earning a positive reputation.

In addition, the liquid cooling box integrates an intelligent BMS system with remote monitoring, fault warning, and battery lifecycle management capabilities. This enables deep synergy between the battery and the vehicle, providing full lifecycle energy security for bus operators.

As urban transportation transitions towards green and low-carbon development, Weifang Lishen will continue to deepen its expertise in new energy powertrains, leveraging its highly safe, efficient, and highly integrated power battery products to build a greener, safer, and more sustainable mobility ecosystem for smart cities.
